 This is an image of the group, where we started filming Alex coming in through the door of the garage, (though the garage footage was lost and we improvised by using the studio as the main location). Fionn is shown standing by, having already set up the light for the scene, whilst Zac, the director, is ready to start filming with the clapper board, which would help Georgina, the sound recordist, sync up the sound with the footage in post production. The garage had been previously cleaned out so it was easier to film and it allowed us to spread out the lights so we could improve lighting, since we weren't using the original bar lighting n the location. The camera is also securely fastened to the tripod which allows the shots to be stable and steady. it also allows you to alter the angle of the shot and the way the camera moves without the camera being removed, this allows the cinematographer and camera operator to fit more things into the frame and track or pan shots around Alex, the actor.

In this image, Georgia, the sound recordist, is making sure the actor's dialogue is captured with a microphone, rather than a boom mic, since the shot is close up and means she an be closer to capture the sound without being in shot. it also means she will be less likely to pick up background sound in the busier location. The camera operator/cinematographer, Hannah, gave the director the camera so that he could assist with an over the shoulder shot since he could comfortably get a close up shot. The lighting was bad on the day of filming so Fionn took up the opportunity to use a smaller light to highlight what was happening in the shot. Alex, the actor, is pictured in character, which means he is focused on the task and ready to shoot instantly.

This image pictures the whole crew getting prepared for filming the garage shots, minus the actor. the lights were one of the first things to be set up, before the rest of the crew focused on setting up the camera and the sound kit. since the lights were already set up, Fionn was able to help with the sound kit which was harder and took longer to assemble. The camera operator is preparing the camera and fastening the detachable part of the tripod to the camera so it can be attached and ready to go. The director is also learning how to use the shoulder mount in case of assisting the camera operator. We were trying to help each other so that the equipment could be set up and ready to use as fast as possible so time wasn't wasted.
